Supportive Employment
The overarching goal of supported employment is to assist obtain jobs for people with disabilities with obtaining and retaining jobs through consistent training and coaching. The key component of the program is to give the individual the skills and confidence they need to successfully perform their job duties in an integrated and competitive environment, rather than simply doing the job for them.
